About The Position
Baylor Rehabilitation is seeking a Therapy Technician to fill our full-time opening at our Inpatient Facility in Dallas! Seeking rehabilitation tech for the inpatient setting. Job duties include rehabilitation tech in working with patients under a therapists' directions to help provide comprehensive rehabilitation.
Requirements
- Candidate must be hard working, thrive in a fast-paced environment, friendly, energetic, able to multi-task, adaptable, and eager to learn and contribute to a positive team.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- BLS Certification or completion within 90 days of hire
Nice To Haves
- One or more years of hospital experience as therapy aide preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assistance to clinicians for direct patient care (transferring, toileting)
- Infection control cleaning
- Light equipment maintenance
- Driving routes to transport patients to and from clinic
- Assistance to front desk for light clerical tasks
- Setting up patients on therapeutic activities
- Facilitating exercise groups
- Other duties as assigned
