About The Position

MOTION PT Group, a member of the Confluent Health Family, is seeking a part-time Therapy Aide to join their team. This role involves preparing patients for treatment, assisting with transfers and transportation, preparing and cleaning treatment areas, stocking supplies, and setting up patients with modalities for safety and comfort. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, with a preference for those in a pre-physical therapy/allied health degree track or with a background in health, wellness, or personal training. Candidates must be available year-round.

Responsibilities

• Preparing patients for treatment, assisting with transfers and transportation.

• Cleaning treatment areas and maintaining a tidy gym environment.
• Ensuring treatment areas are well stocked.
• Efficiently setting up patients with modalities to ensure safety and comfort.
