About The Position
MOTION PT Group, a member of the Confluent Health family of companies, is hiring a part-time Therapy Aide for 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday. The work schedule will be discussed further during the interview. The role supports physical therapy patients and helps maintain safe, clean, organized, and well-stocked treatment areas. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Available year-round.
Nice To Haves
- Pre-physical therapy or allied health degree track preferred.
- Background in health, wellness, or personal training preferred.
- Bilingual ability preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for treatment and assist with transfers and transportation.
- Prepare equipment and treatment areas.
- Clean treatment areas and maintain a tidy gym environment.
- Ensure treatment areas are well stocked.
- Set up patients efficiently with modalities while ensuring their safety and comfort.
