About The Position

MOTION PT Group, a member of the Confluent Health Family, is seeking a part-time Therapy Aide to assist patients with treatments. This role involves preparing patients for therapy, assisting with transfers and transportation, setting up equipment, maintaining treatment areas, and ensuring they are well-stocked and tidy. The ideal candidate will support patients in their journey to recovery and getting back to what moves them.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Looking for candidates who are available all year round

Nice To Haves

• Pre-physical therapy/allied health degree track preferred.
• Background in health, wellness, or personal training preferred.
• Bilingual preferred

Responsibilities

• Preparing patients for treatment, assisting with transfers and transportation.
• Preparing equipment and treatment areas.
• Cleaning treatment areas and maintaining a tidy gym environment.
• Ensuring treatment areas are well stocked.
• Efficiently setting up patients with modalities to ensure safety and comfort.
