About The Position

Iris Telehealth is seeking a compassionate and experienced therapist to provide virtual outpatient therapy for patients aged 5 and older through one of their trusted California-based partners. This fully remote role allows clinicians to make a meaningful impact from home while being supported with the necessary tools, community, and work-life balance. The therapist will conduct initial evaluations, establish treatment plans, provide therapy services to patients with moderate/high acuity, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team including psychiatry, crisis services, and case managers.

Requirements

Proven experience in providing therapy services as an independently Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
Active California LPC, LMFT, and/or LCSW license strongly required.
Availability (20 - 40 hours per week) during PST.
Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels.
Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory.

Nice To Haves

Telehealth experience preferred.
Experience using eClinicalWorks a plus.
