Remote Therapist (LCSW / LPC / LMFT) - California lic. required
About The Position
Iris Telehealth is hiring a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to provide virtual outpatient therapy for patients age 5+ through one of our trusted California-based partners. The role is fully remote and requires a California license. The position involves conducting initial evaluations, establishing treatment plans, and providing therapy services to patients with moderate/high acuity. Clinicians will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatry, crisis services, and case managers. The role emphasizes mission-driven work, comprehensive clinician support, and work-life balance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in providing therapy services as an independently Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
- Active California LPC, LMFT, and/or LCSW license strongly required.
- Availability (20-40 hours per week) during PST.
- Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels.
- Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory.

- Telehealth experience preferred.
- Experience using eClinicalWorks a plus!
