About The Position

Requirements

  • Masters in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related degree
  • Licensed Clinical Social worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage/Family Therapist (LMFT), or twelve (12) months from full licensure
  • One (1) or more years experience in a clinical environment
  • Experience with therapy and group therapy and interest in working with adults
  • Passionate advocate for clients who have experienced oppression or discrimination
  • Collaborative, and client centered experience
  • Experience using of Motivational Interviewing, DBT, or CBT in a clinical environment
  • Must receive the COVID-19 vaccination (and any subsequent boosters) and the annual influenza vaccine. Medical exemptions or religious accommodations may be requested.

Nice To Haves

  • Working towards licensure within three (3) – twenty four (24) months (for Therapist I)
