About The Position

This full-time license eligible therapist position will provide outpatient behavioral health services to adults at a designated Aspire outpatient office. Duties include, but are not limited to: evaluations/assessments, treatment plans, crisis intervention/emergency services, individual, family, and group therapy/counseling services and substance abuse treatment.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology or related field from a college/university accredited by the US Department of Education.
• Must live in Indiana.
• Must possess a temporary license or be recognized as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate (LMFTA) by the State of Indiana.
• Must be working towards full licensure: LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a clinical setting working with a variety of populations.
• Community Mental Health experience.
• Knowledge of social service systems, community resources, legal systems and child welfare systems.
• Licensed Clinical Addictions Counselor (LCAC) license.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient behavioral health services to adults.
• Conduct evaluations/assessments.
• Develop treatment plans.
• Provide crisis intervention/emergency services.
• Offer individual, family, and group therapy/counseling services.
• Provide substance abuse treatment.
