About The Position
Provide clinical services to families using the Parent Management Training Oregon (PMTO) model and other evidence-based modalities.
Requirements
- Master's in social work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
- Kansas BSRB license required
- Complete a Predictive Index assessment
Responsibilities
- Provide 21 billable hours per week
- Develop treatment, transition, and discharge plans with families and caseworkers
- Address barriers to engagement and provide therapeutic interventions
- Participate in team meetings and document assessments and services accurately
- Achieve and maintain PMTO certification, including video-taping sessions and integrating coaching feedback
- Provide timely data reports and completion of session notes
