The Hillel Ontario Therapist will provide counseling and therapy to clients in individual and group interventions for University students. In addition to providing direct clinical services, the Therapist develops and delivers mental health education, workshops, and training for staff and students as needed. The role also connects students with appropriate campus and community resources, ensuring they receive integrated, holistic support tailored to their individual needs. This is a hybrid position, combining virtual clinical work with periodic travel to Hillel Ontario campuses throughout the academic year. Campus visits are an important part of the role, providing opportunities to build relationships with students and staff, increase visibility and accessibility, deliver programming, and strengthen partnerships across the Hillel Ontario network.
