About The Position

Pathway Family Services is looking for a Therapist to join their team. This role involves working directly with children, youth, and their families in a residential treatment program. The Therapist will teach skills and techniques to help families maintain stability and permanency, partner with team members to meet case plan goals, and locate community resources. The position plays a key role in helping children grow, heal, and build stronger, healthier relationships.

Requirements

A master’s degree in a human services-related field.
State-required clinical licensure.
At least two years of experience working with youth and families facing developmental, emotional, and behavioral challenges.
A passion for learning.
Completion of a Predictive Index assessment.
