About The Position

Rainer Springs, part of Lifepoint Health, is hiring a Therapist for its Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). The role supports patient care through individual, group, and family therapy, treatment planning, and proactive communication with patients, families, referral sources, and the interdisciplinary treatment team. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The hourly pay range is $33 to $44.65.

Requirements

Current state LCSW, LPC, LMFT license, or appropriate associate licensure.
Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling.
Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire.
ACLS and PALS certifications required within six months of hire.
Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP) license required.

Nice To Haves

One year of experience preferred.
ASLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct individual and group therapy sessions to educate patients about psychological, emotional, or substance abuse problems.
Participate actively in the treatment planning process.
Provide family session counseling to support appropriate communication and involvement of family members and support groups.
Communicate with clients, families, and outside referral sources.
Communicate proactively with those involved in the patient’s treatment.
Work with the interdisciplinary team, including physicians, utilization review, and nursing staff.
Communicate actively with team members.
Communicate treatment and length-of-stay issues effectively to utilization review.
Perform other duties as assigned.
