THERAPIST (MA/MSW)
About The Position
Palm Point Behavioral Health, a 74-bed behavioral health hospital affiliated with Universal Health Services, is seeking a PRN Therapist. Located in Titusville, Florida, on the Space Coast, the facility treats adults, children, and adolescents with a wide range of behavioral health diagnoses, including depression, anxiety, and substance abuse. The Therapist will be a vital part of a multidisciplinary treatment team, responsible for conducting individual patient assessments, providing individual and group therapy, and communicating with collateral contacts, schools, and outpatient providers. The role involves developing individualized treatment plans, monitoring client progress, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation in compliance with state and organizational standards. Collaboration with interdisciplinary team members and community resources is essential, as is maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical and legal standards. The position also requires participation in case consultations, supervision, and team meetings.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Family Therapy or related behavioral health discipline required.
- A working knowledge of behavioral health management practices and clinical operations.
- An advanced knowledge of state and federal regulatory and various accreditation requirements related to behavioral health management.

- LCSW, LMFT, LMFTI, LMHC, or LMHCI preferred
Responsibilities
