The therapist will also coordinate services with other providers, patient navigators, and recovery coaches, and act as a consultant for external agencies such as courts and law enforcement. Continuous assessment of patient and family needs is crucial, reflected in staffing, evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes. Accurate and timely documentation for client charts and billing is required. The role also involves providing feedback to improve patient flow and outcomes, serving on committees, and performing other assigned duties.
