About The Position
Pathway Family Services is looking for a Therapist to join their team. This role involves working directly with children, youth, and their families in a residential treatment program. The Therapist will teach important skills and techniques to help families maintain stability and permanency in their homes, partner with team members to meet case plan goals, locate community resources, and play a key role in helping children grow, heal, and build stronger, healthier relationships.
Requirements
- A master’s degree in a human services-related field.
- State-required clinical licensure.
- At least two years of experience working with youth and families facing developmental, emotional, and behavioral challenges.
- Completion of a Predictive Index assessment.
