About The Position

This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of community-based services for individuals with behavioral health disorders, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based care. The position involves leading clinical and administrative teams, implementing strategic initiatives for program improvement, and collaborating with other departments to enhance organizational function.

Requirements

• Master's degree in a relevant field such as business or healthcare administration, public health, social work, psychology, or counseling.
• At least five years of experience in healthcare or behavioral health management.
• Experience with electronic health records.
• Ability to use multiple computer programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice To Haves

• Licensure as Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), with the appropriate experience to be a qualified supervisor.
