Rite of Passage's Southern California Treatment Program is hiring for a Therapist to join a group of passionate advocates on their mission to improve the lives of youth. Requirements

Demonstrate empathy, patience, and respect, with a genuine desire to work with troubled teens.
Pass a criminal background check, drug screening, physical exam, and TB test.
Possess a current State Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record for the past three years.
Be licensed or registered with the Board of Behavioral Sciences.
Have experience in a residential setting and/or with at-risk adolescent populations.
Familiarity with navigating an Electronic Health Records System, preferably EXYM.
Strong communication, written, and organizational skills.
Effective time management.
Ability to meet multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

Provide individual, family, and group therapy as indicated by program needs.
Conduct clinical assessment.
Develop service plans.
Maintain record keeping.
Coordinate services with a multi-disciplinary team.
Develop and oversee the completion of treatment plans on an individual, family, and group basis.
