Requirements

• Fully licensed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the State of Indiana.
• Experienced in working with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations.
• Not able to accommodate dependently licensed clinicians at this time.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient mental healthcare services to children, adolescents, and adults.
• Utilize evidenced-based, medically driven treatment services.
• Offer care both in-person at clinics and through digital health telemedicine.
• Collaborate with a clinical team including psychiatrists, psychologists, and psychiatric nurse practitioners.
