The Therapist with Thresholds' Young Adult Program utilizes clinical skills to make a difference in the lives of youth and young adults. This role involves working closely with the treatment team to create effective treatment plans using best clinical practices. The Therapist provides trauma-informed individual therapy, group therapy, and crisis intervention to young adults aged 16-21 who have severe and persistent mental illness and significant trauma histories. Therapy sessions and groups are conducted at the program’s main office and in client residences. The Therapist acts as the clinical hub for their caseload, leading clinical staffing and treatment team meetings, and participating in clinical data collection and outcomes tracking.
