About The Position
RFS is considered a qualifying behavioral health provider for OhioMHAS initiatives such as the Great Minds Fellowship Loan Assistance/Forgiveness and Retention Bonus Programs. We are passionate about making a difference and transforming the lives of youth. Join the RFS Behavioral Health team as a QMHS Case Manager, serving as the leading school-based provider in the NW Ohio area. We are currently inviting skilled individuals to serve in Marion City Schools, with availability for elementary and high school populations. We are specifically seeking individuals with either a relevant Bachelor's or Master's Degree (Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Human Services, Behavioral Sciences, etc.) or at least 3 years of relevant experience in mental health/behavioral health services for our school-based program. Prior experience with youth up to 18 years old is preferred. A high school diploma or GED equivalent is the minimum requirement.

Responsibilities
- Providing school-based mental health services to clients on your caseload, with need for community-based services in the summer time
- Establishing positive working relationships
