About The Position

This is a PRN role with a minimum of 1-2 shifts per month guaranteed and up to 2 days/week to cover PTO or unexpected absences. Embark Behavioral Health in Greenwood Village, Colorado is seeking a PRN Therapist to join our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). The role involves supporting youth facing anxiety, depression, and suicidality. Supervision is provided for LSWs and LACs working toward licensure.

Requirements

  • Fully licensed in Colorado (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) or provisionally licensed (PLPC, PLMFT, PLSW) within 6 months of obtaining full clinical license.
  • Candidates must be prepared to establish a CAQH profile and obtain a National Provider Identifier (NPI) as part of the onboarding process.
  • High-acuity experience (IOP/PHP, Residential, Psychiatric Hospital, Crisis Stabilization) with relational, experiential, and evidence based systemic techniques.
  • Proficiency in incorporating clinical diagnostic and assessment instruments to monitor client progress and treatment outcomes.
  • Master's degree in behavioral sciences (Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field)

Nice To Haves

  • 1 - 2 years of working experience as an adolescent therapist leading individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
  • This is a contract position and the ideal candidate comes with their own liability insurance already in place.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to regular full-time staff by leading group, individual, and family therapy sessions.
  • Ensure rigorous documentation compliance with state regulations, maintaining confidentiality and managing interactions with relevant government agencies.
