About The Position

Coastal Harbor Health System is seeking a Therapist to provide outpatient behavioral health services in a multidisciplinary setting serving children, adolescents, and adults. The position combines direct clinical care with coordination of treatment and support for program staff. The Therapist leads patient assessments, develops individualized treatment and crisis plans, provides clinical oversight, and delivers group, individual, and family therapy for acute care patients. The role also collaborates with patients’ support systems, interdisciplinary team members, and the Admissions team.

Requirements

Must be licensed or license eligible as a clinician in Georgia.
At least 1 year of experience.
Computer proficiency and previous heavy data-entry experience.

Responsibilities

Lead assessments for assigned patients, complete comprehensive psychosocial histories, and identify and resolve documentation gaps.
Collaborate with patients’ support systems and interdisciplinary team members to understand each patient’s needs.
Develop individualized treatment plans within 72 hours of admission.
Create personalized crisis plans for every patient.
Provide ongoing clinical oversight to ensure interventions are implemented effectively and align with patient goals.
Partner with the Admissions team on clinical screenings and assist with assessments as needed.
Provide coverage for group, individual, and family therapy sessions based on patient needs and the program schedule.
Mentor and support program staff through hands-on supervision and professional development.
