The Therapist at ROH provides direct clinical care to individuals receiving services in a psychiatric setting, supporting each person’s unique goals, strengths, and path toward recovery. Through assessment, treatment planning, and individual, family/couples, and group therapy, this role helps patients build skills and identify strategies that support their wellness both during treatment and beyond. The Therapist works closely with an interdisciplinary treatment team to coordinate care, monitor progress, and develop meaningful aftercare recommendations.
