About The Position

Rite Path is seeking licensed Independent Contractor Therapists in Queen Creek, AZ to provide outpatient behavioral health services. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and consistent referral opportunities within a collaborative, mission-driven organization. Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Arizona license in one of the following: LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LAC, LMSW, or LAMFT.
• Eligible to practice independently in Arizona
• Strong documentation and time management skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience with adolescents and/or adults preferred
• Bilingual Preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Utilize evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members as needed
• Meet contracted productivity expectations
