Therapist - LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT
About The Position
Lincoln Recovery is a voluntary, residential, and electronics-friendly program that believes in meeting clients where they are and creating an environment that supports autonomy, real-world connection, and long-term recovery. They are seeking Licensed Therapists to join their growing behavioral health team. Clinicians will work with adults receiving treatment for mental health conditions, substance use disorders, and co-occurring diagnoses. In this role, you'll provide group and individual therapy, collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team, and help clients achieve meaningful progress in recovery. This position is ideal for clinicians who enjoy a structured environment, strong team support, and the opportunity to make a significant impact on clients' lives. Requirements
- Active Illinois LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT (required).
- 1+ year experience working with individuals in behavioral health.
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screen.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual counseling to clients in recovery and/or mental health treatment.
- Participate in treatment planning and collaborate with our interdisciplinary team.
- Lead therapeutic and psychoeducational groups.
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
