About The Position
Sailor Health is a nationwide virtual practice dedicated to transforming mental healthcare for older adults. We provide Medicare-covered therapy, care navigation, and healthcare advocacy to help seniors navigate grief, loss, isolation, and life transitions. Our model is designed to support both patients and clinicians, offering wraparound patient support through Care Navigators and Healthcare Advocates, a strong clinical community with dedicated Clinical Quality Leads and responsive provider support, and a broad reach serving patients across all 50 states with a steady referral pipeline.
Requirements
- Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent
- Licensed in Arizona
- Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy
- Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations preferred.
- Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting
- Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team
- Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools
- Participate in regular (paid) case consultations
