The Therapist assesses and facilitates care for assigned patients, participates in treatment and continuing care planning, and is responsible for case management. This role involves conducting individual, family, specialized, and group psychotherapy, sharing clinical information with the treatment team, promoting a therapeutic milieu, and providing patient care in a supportive and empathetic manner. On-call coverage may also be required.
