About The Position
Seeking full-time and Fee For Services Youth and Family Therapists to join our Youth & Family Services team! If you like making a difference in your community and are passionate about working in a nonprofit organization Seacoast Mental Health Center is an excellent choice! At Seacoast Mental Health Center, we provide hope and promote recovery for children, adolescents, adults and their families in the eastern half of Rockingham County.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a mental health/human service field.
- Must be licensed or license eligible (if eligible, shall seek license), in the State of New Hampshire.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and collaboration skills.
- Skilled in the use of technology, including an electronic health record and telehealth.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with children and families or in mental health or human service settings recommended.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical services to children, adolescents, and their families in our Portsmouth Office.
- Provide individual and family therapy services.
- Conduct intake assessments.
- Provide group therapy services.
- Provide targeted case management.
- Collaborate with external supports, such as school staff, community supports, DJJS/DCYF, and more.
- Deliver services primarily in the office, school, and community settings.
