About The Position

This role serves as a program leader within the Clay Outpatient setting, focusing on providing comprehensive clinical services and effective leadership to a team of therapists. The position involves direct client care, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapy, as well as administrative duties related to staff supervision, training, and performance evaluation. The Therapist Team Leader is responsible for ensuring the team adheres to professional ethics, AltaPointe policies, and productivity standards while fostering a supportive and recovery-oriented environment for consumers and their families.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in a mental health discipline.
