This position works on-site in South Louisville and requires an independent license from an appropriate KY Board of Licensure. The role involves performing clinical services, including intakes and therapeutic interventions such as group, individual, and family therapy, and crisis intervention. Maintaining and completing service documentation such as psychosocial assessments, case notes, case reviews, court reports, and letters according to prescribed standards is essential. The role also includes conducting case reviews to determine current and future treatment and treatment planning, including after-care plans. Collaboration with external agents such as school officials, family members, and other health agencies regarding organizational programs and client needs and conditions is expected. The position requires attendance and participation in staff meetings, treatment planning meetings, case conferences, and clinical seminars, providing information relating to program administration and development. Writing correspondence on behalf of clients and their families, such as court reports and letters of recommendation, is also a key function. The role involves developing and coordinating clinical programs within the division and demonstrating leadership by mentoring or providing clinical supervision to clinical staff members and serving as a clinical resource.
