This role is for a Part-Time Therapist (LSW or LAC) within the SAIL Adolescent Partial Care Program, an after-school program focused on building strong therapeutic relationships in a small, highly collaborative treatment environment that prioritizes individualized, client-centered care.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or a related behavioral health field.
- Current New Jersey LSW or LAC required.
- Passion for working with adolescents and providing compassionate, strengths-based care.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and clinical skills.
- Valid Driver's License
Responsibilities
- Provides individual, group, and family therapy to youth in the SAIL program.
- Assists with referrals, intakes and related clinical documentation.
