Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
  • Must hold a current professional license in the state of Georgia as a LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.
  • Must have at least 3 years of relevant experience working with youth or families.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as clinical lead for the IFI treatment team, providing supervision and guidance to team members.
  • Deliver intensive in-home and community-based therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families.
  • Implement the Family Centered Treatment (FCT) model with fidelity, facilitating interventions across all four phases.
  • Complete all required FCT documentation, fidelity tools, trainings, and achieve certification within designated timeframes.
  • Participate in ongoing supervision and model fidelity review to ensure compliance and maintain program eligibility.
  • Provide high-quality, therapeutic services to clients, ensuring their mental health and well-being.
  • Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate documentation.
  • Collaborate with other internal and external professionals.
  • Participate in outreach and marketing efforts to promote services and attract new referrals, contributing to the overall mission of delivering comprehensive mental health care.
