About The Position

At Heartland Family Service’s Crisis Stabilization and Resource Center (CSRC), every shift is an opportunity to be the steady hand that helps someone find solid ground again. This role was built for individuals who thrive in fast-moving, high-stakes environments and believe that compassionate, evidence-based care can transform lives. The CSRC is a voluntary, residential-based stabilization program, serving as a 3-to-5-day bridge between crisis and community. Clients arrive in their most vulnerable moments and leave with a plan, a sense of safety, and renewed hope. The program provides daily access to therapy, medication management, and case management, a safe, secure environment designed to de-escalate and stabilize, individualized outpatient resources and community referrals, and limited respite bed availability. This is an active, dynamic program where skilled clinicians drive real outcomes in a compressed timeframe.
