At Heartland Family Service’s Crisis Stabilization and Resource Center (CSRC), every shift is an opportunity to help individuals in crisis find stability and hope. The CSRC is a voluntary, residential-based stabilization program that serves as a 3-to-5-day bridge between crisis and community. Clients receive daily access to therapy, medication management, and case management in a safe, secure environment designed to de-escalate and stabilize. The program also provides individualized outpatient resources and community referrals, with limited respite bed availability. This is an active, dynamic program where skilled clinicians drive real outcomes in a compressed timeframe.
