About the Role As a Mental Health Therapist, you'll provide evidence-based, trauma-informed psychotherapy to adults, youth, and families — conducting comprehensive assessments, building individualized treatment plans, and delivering individual, family, and group therapy that fosters real, sustainable change. You'll be part of a team directly advancing our Behavioral Health mission of expanding access to high-quality, equity-centered mental health care. This role offers a hybrid schedule (up to 2 days remote) and the flexibility to serve clients through in-person, telehealth, and community-based settings — meeting people where they are. Schedule: Evening hours required (2–3 nights/week); hybrid up to 2 days/week. Subject to change to meet program needs. Reports to: Director of Community Mental Health
