As a Licensed Child, Youth & Family Therapist / Team Lead, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact both through direct client care and by mentoring the next generation of behavioral health professionals. This unique role combines clinical practice with leadership, allowing you to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to children, youth, and families while supporting the growth and development of master's-level counseling, social work, and marriage and family therapy interns. Requirements

  • Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field
  • A Mental Health Professional as defined within HB 1724 one of these higher credentials are held: Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), SW Independent Clinical Lic (LICSW)
  • Drivers License/Abstract

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy services to children, adolescents, and families.
  • Serve as a clinical leader and mentor for counseling, social work, and marriage and family therapy interns.
  • Support intern recruitment, onboarding, and successful integration into the clinical team.
  • Provide weekly individual and group supervision focused on clinical growth, ethical practice, and professional development.
  • Coach developing clinicians on assessment, treatment planning, documentation, evidence-based interventions, and client engagement.
  • Monitor clinical quality, caseload management, productivity, and performance to ensure outstanding client outcomes.
  • Promote adherence to organizational policies, regulatory requirements, licensing standards, and best practices.
  • Partner with program leadership to support operational goals, clinical excellence, and a positive learning environment.
  • Serve as a trusted clinical resource, fostering collaboration, continuous learning, and high-quality behavioral health care.
  • Complete psychiatric or psychosocial assessments, including mental status exams.
  • Develop with the individual in service, an assessment and comprehensive treatment plan that identifies the unique needs of each individual and may provide individual, couples, family, psychoeducation, and group therapy.
  • Provide psychotherapy, supportive therapy, i.e. problem solving, role-playing, modeling and support, social skill development, and assertiveness training to increase patient social and interpersonal activities in community settings.
  • Document all encounters inpatient electronic health record according to organization policies and procedures; monitor outcome measurements.
  • Collaborate with referral sources and other members of the patient's clinical team.
  • Provide ongoing measurement of the individual in service outcomes and evaluation of intervention effectiveness.
