About The Position

Headway's mission is to fix the mental healthcare system by making it accessible to everyone, starting with solving the barrier of insurance. They have automated the administrative work involved in credentialing, claims, and payment reconciliation. Over 75,000 providers use their software, serving over 1 million patients. Headway is building tools for therapists to manage their entire practice, improving the experience of finding a therapist, and investing in platform foundations for scalability. They are a Series D company with significant funding, seeking exceptional individuals to help achieve their mission and make this the most meaningful experience of their careers. As a Therapist Clinical Quality Peer Educator, you will ensure therapists' documentation aligns with Headway's clinical quality standards, focusing on safety, evidence-based practices, and clinical soundness. This role promotes consistency, supports provider growth, and upholds the high standard of care. Some Peer Educators will also offer individualized remediation and coaching to help providers meet quality expectations. This is a part-time, contract role requiring a minimum commitment of 10 hours per week. The hourly rate is $125, and requires the individual to have or set up an LLC or S-Corp.
