About The Position
Premier Outpatient Behavioral Health in Montgomery County is seeking dedicated therapists passionate about helping others navigate life’s challenges and make a meaningful impact. This role involves providing adult services, including individual, couples, and family therapy, and collaborating with various healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in a relevant social science field.
- Active independent Ohio licensure as LPCC, LISW, or IMFT.
- Experience working with the adult population and delivering the types of services we offer.
- Familiarity with the DSM-5-TR and clinical documentation standards.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide adult services to include individual, couples, and family therapy.
- Collaborate with physicians, referral sources, and care teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
- Develop and implement effective, goal-oriented treatment plans.
- Document all services accurately and on time using evidence-based practices.
- Consult with medical providers and participate in case conferences when needed.
- Deliver both on-site and off-site clinical support and educational services.
