Requirements

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, preferably business or life sciences, or an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • 2-4 years of proven sales record with a desire for advancement.
  • Ability to become a subject matter expert in the Urology, Oncology, Endocrinology and Primary Care specialties.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Documented sales results are required.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales quota, including market volume, market volume growth, and business objectives within an assigned Territory.
  • Promote and sell Trelstar and Tlando to healthcare providers including medical practices, physicians, clinics, and pharmacies within your assigned territory.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key influencers within assigned customers and professional networks to enhance scope of influence.
  • Create, maintain, and increase sales within designated territory by influencing the prescribing habits of the targeted audience, on label, and in support of patients.
  • Implement brand marketing strategies and tactics at the local level, execute managed care pull-through and push-through strategies, and appropriately leverage Verity resources to enhance business results.
  • Conduct daily calls (face-to-face and virtual) with a variety of key stakeholders across the customer segment to establish long-term relationships and to achieve sales quotas and other key metrics, resulting in increased support for Verity products.
  • Develop and implement an efficient Territory business plan with strategies and tactics to maximize opportunities, increase sales results, and meet strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate across Verity teams and business partners to maximize efforts and enhance business outcomes.
  • Identify and partner with stakeholders who impact healthcare decision making at the local level, including local healthcare providers, physician networks, and pharmacies.
  • Represent Verity and the brand to its highest standards.
