About The Position

This position will work at our Lyndon Progress Center in Lyndon (501 6th Avenue West) M-F, 730a-4p. Requirements
- Driver's license

- Experience in implementing daily recreational, social, sensory, and leisure activities according to activity calendar is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Adapt activities to meet individual support needs, communication styles, mobility levels, and behavioral considerations.
- Encourage resident participation using positive, respectful, and person‑centered approaches.
- Assist with community outings, ensuring safety, supervision, and meaningful engagement.
- Support residents in developing leisure skills, independence, and self‑expression.
