About The Position

Our Therapeutic Mentoring (TM) Program is currently seeking full time Therapeutic Mentors (35-40 hours per week) in the Fall River MA area. TM's offer 1:1 structured strength based supportive services that address daily living, social and communication needs. The services include supporting, coaching and training the youth in age appropriate behaviors, interpersonal communication, functional skill-building, problem solving and conflict resolution.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of two (2) years of experience working with children/adolescents/transition-age youth.
• A Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a human services field from an accredited university and one year experience working with children/adolescents/transition-age youth.
• Must have a good driving record.
• Must have access to a reliable vehicle and proof of insurance.
• Must pass CORI and CPS (child protective services) background checks.
