Requirements

High School Diploma/HISET and two (2) two years of experience working with youth in any capacity OR Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s in the human services field from an accredited school and one (1) year of experience working with youth in any capacity
Must be at least 21 years old
Experience collaborating with multiple team members to achieve a common goal
Excellent written and verbal skills that foster clear, respectful, and empathetic communication
Cultural humility that allows you to work effectively with individuals of various backgrounds

Nice To Haves

Fully bilingual Spanish-speaking professionals who can confidently read, write, and speak Spanish
Knowledge of community resources and child/family-serving systems

Responsibilities

Provide structured, one-to-one support to assigned youth in order to achieve goals specific to daily living, social, behavioral, and communication needs.
Determine the interventions & activities that will be most effective in achieving the treatment goals.
Interventions may take place in the youth’s home or in a community setting.
