The Therapeutic Home Specialist (Treatment Coordinator) supervises and supports therapeutic home providers in maintaining and delivering high quality behavioral health services to Therapeutic Foster Care (TFC) individuals who have a wide range of social, emotional, and behavioral challenges. This position participates as an active member of the treatment team by: conducting assessments; facilitating service/ treatment plan development, review and implementation, developing, supporting, and monitoring behavioral interventions; performing crisis intervention/stabilization through consultation and support; and coordinating services.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in social work or another related human-service field.
  • Two (2) years related experience with a bachelor's degree.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older (per licensing standards).
  • Valid New Mexico Driver's License & pass DMV 36-month history check.
  • Ability to attend full time New Hire Orientation Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm (paid).

Nice To Haves

  • A master’s degree from an accredited program in social work or another human-services field is preferred.
  • No additional experience required with a Master's degree.
