We're a Maryland-based nonprofit organization dedicated to providing therapeutic and specialized foster care services for adolescents and young adults with emotional, behavioral, and family-related challenges. Working alongside foster families, community partners, and mental health professionals, we deliver individualized, strengths-based care that empowers youth to develop resilience, gain independence, and achieve lasting success. Our team is guided by a commitment to compassion, collaboration, and excellence. We believe meaningful change happens when services are family-centered, culturally responsive, and rooted in the communities where the youth we serve live and thrive.
