As the leading school based provider in the NW Ohio area, we're currently inviting skilled individuals to serve in Marion City Schools. Availability with elementary and high school populations.
Requirements
- Relevant Bachelors or Masters Degree (Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Human Services, Behavioral Sciences, etc) or at least 3 years relevant experience in mental health/behavioral health services
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is the minimum requirement
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience with youth up to 18 years old is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Providing school based mental health services to clients on your caseload, with need for community based services in the summer time
- Establishing positive working relationships
- Facilitating group activities
- Assisting with activities suitable for group’s development
- Maintaining patient confidentiality
- Adhering to professional standards, agency policies, federal, state, local requirements, and CARF standards
