Requirements
- High school diploma/GED required
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field OR 3+ years of relevant behavioral health experience
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with youth (up to age 18) preferred
Responsibilities
- Providing individual and group mental health services
- Building positive relationships with students, families, and school staff
- Facilitating developmentally appropriate group activities
- Maintaining confidentiality and professional standards
- Adhering to agency, CARF, and regulatory requirements
