About The Position

Student worker that will assist in the department in special projects and jobs as needed. Specific jobs included: Theatre and Dance Student House Manager - Federal Work Study, Theatre and Dance Student House Manager - Work Assistant, Events and Front of House Assistant.

Requirements

• Liberty University Student.
• Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing to convey clear, well articulated information.
• Ability to understand, speak, and write English in order to convey messages and correspond in an articulate and professional manner.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong computer skills.
• Regularly required to hear and speak in order to effectively communicate orally.
• Occasionally required to stand, walk, and climb stairs to move about the building.
• Handle materials, reach overhead, kneel or stoop in order to conduct business.

Nice To Haves

• Including experience in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign.

Responsibilities

• May include graphic design, house management and promotions.
• Student may assist in the pre-production process of academic productions.
• Student may assist in overseeing ushers, ticketing, and customer service during theatre performances.
• Student may assist in designing and distributing promotional materials.
