About The Position
Southwest Film Center (SWFC) is looking for a theater manager. This role is responsible for opening and closing the theater on nights of showings, managing concession inventory and ordering, handling cash from ticket and concession sales, performing cash audits, and scheduling theater staff employees.
Requirements
- Must be an undergraduate student enrolled in at least 6 hours with a 2.0 cumulative GPA.
- Experience with cash register/customer service greatly preferred.
- Must be available: Thurs-Sat 5:30pm-10:30pm; Sun 12pm-5pm.
Responsibilities
- Opening and closing theater on nights of showings.
- Inventories concession items on a monthly basis and places orders as required.
- Responsible for picking up cash bank on nights of showings.
- Cash audit of ticket sales and concession sales.
- Schedules all theater staff employees accordingly.
