About The Position

Athletes Global Corporation is looking for Instructors to join our team in Camp Hill, PA. We are seeking an Instructor who has experience working with children ages 6 years old and up. We are looking for someone who is passionate about teaching and inspiring kids of all ages to be able to perform well. Our Youth Theatre & Acting Program will focus on script reading & writing, improv & games, movement & breath, creating a character, dance & expression, and dealing with stage fright. The program also aims to develop mental skills such as focus, positive attitude, confidence, daily leadership, and self-improvement. Our theater and acting program focuses on improving the participants in voice, acting, stage presence, creativity, singing and dancing skills. Our participants will discover, explore and develop the artist within them. We help our participants cultivate their improving and cold script reading skills, while learning creative dramatics. Our class ends with a short play which is our grand finale. We encourage parents and peers to attend this day of FUN at the end of the program!

Requirements

Experience working with children ages 6 years old and up
Passionate about teaching and inspiring kids
Experience in theater and acting instruction

Responsibilities

Teach script reading & writing
Lead improv & games
Instruct on movement & breath techniques
Guide participants in creating a character
Teach dance & expression
Help participants deal with stage fright
Develop participants' focus, positive attitude, confidence, leadership, and self-improvement skills
