About The Position

The Foundry Bus Help position at the AC Hotel Dayton, managed by Shaner Hotel Group, involves ensuring compliance with daily operational procedures in the Food and Beverage Department, maintaining food and beverage safety and quality, and facilitating communication across departments. The role requires assisting servers in providing excellent guest service, maintaining cleanliness, and stocking service areas and equipment. Requirements

• Previous guest relations and/or training.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.

Responsibilities

• Ensures compliance with and completion of all daily operational procedures by the Food and Beverage Department.
• Maintains food and beverage safety and quality based on hotel, Shaner, and Franchise specifications.
• Ensures communication with General Manager, all other Department Managers, Supervisors and Staff.
• Assist Server in providing quality food and beverage service to guests, according to hotel specifications, courteously and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas and equipment.
• Stock all wares and equipment needed for service.
• Other duties as assigned.
